Scope of Work:

Nautical Dive Solutions will provide underwater vessel maintenance services a s agreed upon, which may include:

- Hull cleaning (includes intakes, rudder, trim tabs, running gear)

- Zinc inspection and replacement

- Shaft/running gear cleaning

- Propeller inspection

- Line & Debris removal

Pricing:

- Hull Cleaning: starting at $5 per foot

- Zinc Replacement: $17.00 per zinc (zincsprovided by vessel owner)

- Dock Line Splicing (optional):

• Unstressed - $30 per splice

• Stressed/Used line - $110 per hour

- Additional labor or dive time due to unforeseen conditions: $150/hour

-Emergency/last minute call to service $250 an hour plus travel ($100 minimum travel fee)

Travel Fees:

• Locations within 30 miles of Galestown, MD: No travel fee.

• Locations over 30 miles:

  • $1.00 per mile (round-trip)

Multiple Bookings:

• If multiple vessels are scheduled at the same marina or location on the same day may require flexibility if unforeseen tasks arise.

• Please inquire about discounted group rates for marinas and yacht clubs.

Minimum Service Charge:

• For distant locations requiring extensive travel, a $150 minimum service charge (including travel) may apply.

Variables & Unavoidable:

Marine maintenance is subject to variable conditions underwater. The following scenarios may result in necessary adjustments:

- Excessive marine growth or debris buildup

- Previous zincs not removed properly (requiring significant extra time)

- Poor water visibility or heavy fouling obstructing zincs or running gear

- Additional travel time for remote locations If such issues are encountered, Nautical Dive Solutions will proceed with necessary work and document conditions via photos or video when possible. Charges will reflect the added time and labor required to complete the job correctly and safely.

- Additional labor or dive time due to unforeseen conditions: $150/hour

Payment Terms:

- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise arranged.

- A late fee of $50 will b e applied to any invoice not paid within 10 calendar days of issue. After 10 days an additional fee of $10 per day will be incurred until full payment is received.

- Invoices unpaid after 30 days will be subject to additional collection efforts and fees.

- Additional labor or dive time due to unforeseen conditions: $150/hour

Liability Release: Nautical Dive Solutions will take all reasonable care when performing underwater maintenance; however, the client acknowledges that underwater work carries inherent risks. The client agrees that Nautical Dive Solutions is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or damage that may occur as an unintended result of normal maintenance activities. By signing this agreement, the client releases Nautical Dive Solutions from any liability for damage to the vessel, its components, or equipment arising from the services provided.

I grant Nautical Dive Solutions permission to use photos or videos of my vessel taken during service for marketing, website, and social media purposes. I understand that no identifying personal information will be shared without my consent.
